Processing and Shipping

All of our jewelry is handmade with care. Rings typically require 10 business days for production, followed by 3 business days for delivery. Please allow at least 2 calendar weeks for your order to arrive. During holidays, processing times may be significantly extended.

For custom-made items, the process begins with a sketch. If CAD (computer-aided design) is required, please allow 10+ business days for the design and production, plus 3 business days for delivery.

We provide free 3-day DHL Express or Priority shipping to the U.S., UK, Canada, Germany, Australia, and many other countries. For silver products, delivery is handled through USPS Ground Advantage, which takes 3-5 business days.
